The search and selection of personnel by BIA involves a preliminary phase of sharing objectives and required skills with the client, followed by the action of

• examination of the client’s requests and outline of the necessary knowledge of the worker,
• search for candidates in our data base as well as through social marketing activities and in the main job profiles sites,
• selection of the profiles that best meet the customer’s needs,
• interview of the candidates,
• presentation to the client company of a small group of candidates meeting the requirements identified.

If requested by the client, the BIA service can continue with the monitoring of the candidates’ activities through initiatives aimed at verifying the good integration of the same, also envisaging the possibility of substitution for those inadequate to the task.
