TRAVEL HELP DESK
The foreseen tasks include the following activities:
- Manage the switchboard and sort incoming calls
- Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department
- Forward voice messages and report other communications within the organization
- Update the company directory and phone book
- Collaborate with front office staff and perform other generic administrative tasks
The skills that a switchboard operator must possess are:
- Management capacity of the switchboard
- Expertise in telephone communication
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Listening skills, interpersonal and mediation skills
- Ability in customer service
- Ability to use the main IT tools
- Organizational skills and problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Ability to work without supervision
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on rotary work from 07-22 Monday / Sunday.
