Sales executive[closed]
BIA Advisory Services Shpk is seeking to hire a Sales Executive for a well-known international company.
The Sales Executive reports to the Country Manager and will have as a main object to promote and support the company products and services in the key horticulture areas.
The foreseen tasks include but not limited the following activities:
- Establishing a network of new clients;
- Customer management;
- Technical support for the customers;
- Develop positive relationships with clients;
- Negotiation of sales terms according to the company’s policies;
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs;
- Schedule management, meetings and commercial contacts;
- Daily visits to existing or potential clients;
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives;
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
- Suggest actions, investigate to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth;
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting with use of CRM software.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account;
- A degree in Agronomy form a higher institution;
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time;
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- Analyzing and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to travel all around Albania, and not only;
- Driving license.
